I know we have some very talented people here at ADN. So share your creative outlets. It can be anything, writing, music, painting, scrapbooking, interior decorating, web design, custom cars, etc.

My main creative talent is photography.

I can Knit a mean scarf.    Grin.  I think everyone pretty much knows my passion for music.  Good topic Bobby.

You're looking at it!  Tongue Web design allows me to show a different side of me that I don't show to many people, it somewhat helps me to get in contact with my darker side. I use to attempt to write, but I was never happy with the finish product, so I stopped writing.

Why stop writing?  I don't like half the songs I write, which is why I have to pass them by others before I do anything with them.  I find we are often our own worst critics and we tend to push ourselves to unreal expectations.

You hit the nail on the head! I just felt I was never good at writing. That and bad bouts of writers block kinda put a nail in that coffin! lol

Yeah, as Raph said, we are our own worst critics. I have a lot of photos I think are bad, but other people love.

Poetry. I've been in a dry spell for the better part of the last decade, but the muse has been stirring more lately. Now if I can just get my pen to make contact with the paper.  Roll Eyes

Painting and drawing.
I used to work in oils the difficulties of doing oils in a rented apartment. It is not only messy (which I wouldn't care about. I would just use drop cloths) but the fumes tend to draw complaints from the neighbors. lol
