Another thread on the site made me think....How do you experience energy?
For instance: Do you feel it on your skin? Do you "taste" it? Do you see it? Maybe you don't experience it with any of your senses?

I would also like for us to describe how feeding affects us: Does it vary according to the energy of the donor?

I am primarily Sang (which I won't talk of here) but I do feed Psi when I need to.
I tend to sense it on my skin and to "taste" it (for lack of a better word). I associate the energy with physical senses.
Each person has a different taste or feel to their energies to me. I also tend to "feel" colors associated with different people.

These qualities of the donor energy greatly affect how feeding affects me. Some will actually make me feel ill and I have to cut off the feeding.
Some are wonderfully sweet.

So...tell me: What are your experiences?

I guess as far as that goes, it is just something I feel...  Hard to explain and I wish I could go into further depth with it but I am still trying to figure it out myself.

You know, just when I think I have it figured out I come up against something new. That's one reason I think that "awakening" is an ongoing process.  Wink

For me it really depends on the energy of the donor.
I sometimes feel a tingle on my skin and a slight dizziness. Mostly is a kind of high and I get really hyper if the energy is strong.
If the energy is negative I get really nauseated. At that point I have to stop feeding because it does more harm than good.

I feel a warmth, and sort of a hum in the air.  I get giddy and a high feeling if there is an abundance of energy.

If the energy is bad it feels heavy like a wet blanket being tossed over me.  I get a headache, nauseous, and have to go outside and get some fresh air.

I have to agree with you Zaladin.

To me it's a warmth, like walking outside in the summertime after being in under an air conditioner. Especially if the person is very strong. Or I'm feeding in a crowed club.

Bad energy can trigger a migraine for me faster than anything else. With all the symptoms, nausea, pounding pain, extreme, sensitivity to light and sound. The only way to get over it is to "sleep it off". Literally.

Good Energy: Is something that if I hoard I will become incessantly hyper. Drunkish, and I know I need to stop. I do not eat, or I forget to eat. As in if I were to feed with out knowing it.

Bad Energy: Ever sense I was a child I could not go into public atmospheres, because of the fact that I would become extremely irritable. Nauseous and I needed to stand outside. It's just a Bad feeling.. Feels like someone punched me in the gut.

I'm sorry I just finally realized some of the things about a year ago. Takes some times to figure these out.
