We were at one of the local parks and I saw they are trying out a new squirrel feeder.






Looks like McDonalds may be supplying the squirrel food.

Awwww...they're so cute! My mom had befriended a squirrel when I was a teenager. She would hand feed it. We had sliding glass doors with a screen in our dining room and when she wouldn't feed him or it had been a few days, he would jump up on the screen of the sliding glass doors and look in. You'd be walking past the door and something would catch your eye and it would be that squirrel looking in the house, looking for my mom. LOL It was so cute. I'd yell down the basement at my mom, to come feed her squirrel cause he was being a peeping tom! lol

I think it is so cool when people can hand feed squirrels like  that. Ours won't come up that close to the house because of our dog. But they will sit on the fence and chatter at us loudly if we haven't thrown anything out to them in a while.
