It has always seemed that when everything is starting to get better a curve ball is thrown.

The old saying before everything starts to get better it gets worse IS my life motto. For the fact of  IT ALWAYS HAPPENS.. I just started this grand job working for the University of Chicago's Physicians Group and no more dead end jobs. My finance's last day of work was yesterday and we were extraordinarily happy for him to FINALLY get some rest after having to take on such stress from when I was pregnant and him being the only source of income.

Our cars are not the best pieces of machinery out there mind you and we know that every so often there is some mishap to take place when we least expect it to. (my car has stalled in the middle of the E-way twice.. once while I was exiting an off ramp with my new born child in the back, and another time while I was 8 months pregnant driving home from work in 90 degree weather)... we both know that it's a way to keep us counting our blessings so to speak whenever we get to a
"Good Times Plateau" of sorts... but it's just an "extreme irritant" (if I may barrow that Matthiias) is all.

I just want to go home and Meditate now.    > . <'

Thank you all! It just turned out that his car lights go on for no reason and whenever you leave you have to check them. But he didn't tell me that! lol. So we just had to jump it. -sigh-  Laughing

Well, at least it wasn't an expensive repair bill!

Late reply, but I've been having some car related issues, too. I need to replace my suburban's transmission and just recently got 4 new tires put on it. (apparently alignment was a bit off on the front and it ruined that set of tires, and the others were already old enough to need replacing...)

Also, my brother wound up in a wreck today. Pity pity, and it was such a nice little truck. He's perfectly fine though; invincible bastard.

Anyway, I wish you luck in everything! You never know when that extra wish of luck'll come in handy.
