Firefox 3 final version released yesterday. So far I like it much better than version 2. It runs much faster. And it recognizes color profiles in photographs.

Same here. So far I've found version three to far surpass any in its previous family. Although the file download is considerably larger, the size obviously packs a good amount of work. It also is much more friendly with some other features I'm using.

I wonder if they ever fixed that bookmark bug that previous versions had?... I hope so, I look forward to downloading this when I return home.

I'm quite happy with it, though I wonder when someone would make a nice minimalistic black theme.

Agreed. They really made this a major upgrade.

I must be one of the few people who really don't care for Firefox. I don't like the way fonts look it in. And for designing websites, I much prefer IE. That's all I use unless it's absolutely necessary to use Firefox. Which 9 times out of 10, it's not necessary. I downloaded the new version, I really didn't see a whole lot of difference.

I think that is because since most computers come with IE, there is more focus on catering to the majority of people when creating online software. I love firefox but like you I find times when it is necessary to use another browser for functions especially coding.

I use IE as little as possible. It hates me, and the feeling is mutual. lol

Never been a fan of IE, it is too damn slow for me... I have been beta testing 3 for a while and it has run just about seamless for me.
