Melissa I'm glad you made a forum for this. I suppose this might be considered a 'non-topic' here but I hope maybe I'm not alone.

I have no recall of any past lives. Not a speck, no real long time past deja vu either.

Is a past life something that you always knew you had. or something you got flashes of over time and then felt that made  a picture come together in your minds?

One clue to a past life is knowledge of other places, events, skills, etc. You don't necessarily have to recall  a past life nor have deja vu. Hypnotic regression is another way of digging for info on a past life. Some people never know of having a past life.

I don't have past life recall either. I've heard that for some people, it will naturally come to them and they have dreams or what some consider "nightmares" about their past lives. I've never experienced this myself. I've had a couple of deja vu moments, but everyone has those and I don't think they are relevant to a past life.

Huh? About the deja vu? I am new to this.. But I have Deja vu 's quiet often, I mean like 5 or more a month.  It's weird I have them so much.

I was saying that you don't necessarily have deja vu to have a past life. Many people who have past lives never know about. But having deja vu does not mean that you did have a past life. There are many theories on deja vu.

I have very clear flashes of some memory, but it is a totally different feeling than Deja Vu.

I'm not really sure about my last life but I've always felt like an old soul... No real reason why. I've just always had this feeling as long as I can remember.

Past lives are remembered by some and not by others. There are some that people out there that give advise on how to forcefully help remembrance of past lives, but it just kinda varies and depends.
