We hauled some chairs out to the edge of the driveway and watched all the people in my neighborhood light off their fireworks. It seemed to be the most kid friendly display we could think of since we are right in our own driveway. So naturally I had the camera with me.

Thank you both. Sorry to hear about the rain out Elf. Really bums out a 4th of July event.

Although I had to miss it, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic played here on the river front before the big fireworks started Friday night. That would have been cool to see.
