Okay, let's have it, what was the last movie you watched?

Last night I watched Derailed with Jennifer Aniston and Clive Owen.
It's about Jennifer's character: Lucinda and Clive's character: Charles having an affair and things go terribly wrong. They are blackmailed by a criminal, I can't say too much more cause it will give it all away. It's a good movie, however, I have to admit, I really enjoy this movie for only one reason, Clive!  Shifty

I watched Running With Scissors yesterday! It was interesting to say the least. Hysterical at points actually but really sad at others. Based on a true story too. But I do find mental illness very interesting actually. And to see a Freudian psychiatrist in action with his family and patients was also quite amusing. It was also sad to see how these drugs can really mess people up and how they were given out not even knowing what they might do. I give it 2 thumbs up!  Wink

Boondock Saints aka Mission des dieux: Pretty good movie I have to say. They are two irish brothers decide to become vigilantes and take care of what is broken with the world. It had a kind of Fight Club motif to it. Just one those movies where you root for the bad (good in this case) guy. Have some good names in it but it is mainly from b rated films but good no the less.

I last watched Brokedown Palace with Claire Daines and Kate Beckinsale. It was about two girls vacationing in Thailand and they get busted for smuggling drugs. It goes through their life in Thailand prison and their attempt to get out. It was very well done but very sad and depressing....not the kind of movie I normally enjoy watching but my friend made me watch it!!!

Since my last post I've watched quite a few movies. But one in particular was really good. The Prestige.
It's about two magicians that always trying to out do each other and how far they will go to out do each other. It has a great cast as well. Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, Scarlett Johansson, David Bowie and Michael Caine.

I thought so. However, I figured out most of the surprise at the end. But it was still a good film.

Oh goody! I had been debating on whether I should buy it or not. It just looked so good.
Now on to the last movie (I was forced) watched was Gridiron Gang. It is about a guy (The rock  EEK! ) who decides that he wants to get a group of kids that have been juvenile detention to play football. After some trials and tribulations and a couple of deaths he gets the best team together and go on to win many games. Out of 40 boys only 15 went on to bigger and better things. This movie is based on a true story and not bad I must say.

I saw The Prestige last week!  I liked it a lot, though I'm not sure if I'd own it.  Last night I watched The Crow...again.  This has got to be at least the 15th time I've seen it.  What can I say....it's my favorite movie!
