Scientist have observed a phenomenon in deep space unlike any they have seen before. An unknown object brightened then faded over a period of seven months. Nothing has ever been seen before or since in that location. Also the spectrum is unmatched by anything ever recorded. The article about it can be read here

Actually I was talking with some friends about this recently. We have come up with the idea that this could possibly be a signal from another world. Like how we send out messages trying to contact life out there.

That's really neat! I wonder what it was? Maybe you're right Bobby. Kind of interesting how they said "the object's brightness faded at the same rate as it had initially risen". Makes you think the way it did it evenly....... Smiley

While I was reading I thought the same thing, sounds like a sort of signal, who knows what it could be very interesting though.
