Podiobooks.com is a source for free audio books released in weekly podcasts. Some of the best writers I have ever read/heard can be found here. These writers are independent and trying to get their work out. I highly highly highly recommend Scott Sigler and JC Hutchins. These guys are incredible. Sigler has 2 of books out in print and they are highly ranked on Amazon. Also his books have 5 star user ratings. Yet they are both still available for free as podcast. Hutchins' book 7th Son has me waiting weekly like a crack junkie for the next episode. Heaven by Mur Lafferty is also exceptional. If the book is finished then all episodes can be downloaded at once. I can't say enough about the quality of the work here.

Scott Sigler has the best opening on his books. This novel contains mature situations, adult language, and Lots AND LOTS OF VIOLENCE.

I also highly recommend Mur Lafferty and Phil Rossi.
