On a recent investigation we got a strange EVP from one of our video recorders. This was on a clear night with no planes or trains in the area. What was captured was the sound of thunder, loud thunder. I was in the room when it happened. But there was nothing audible to us. But reviewing the video it was there. I have never heard anything like it. Definitely scored high on my weird stuffometer. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hmm...quite strange, I've never heard of a sound like that coming across on an EVP.
The only thing I can think of is that would be residual, right? Oooh definitely creepy! Shifty

Bobby, I don't know if you are able to or not. But can you share some of this stuff with us? Like those EVPs? Or is that strictly LGHS stuff that can't be shared?

Unfortunately since that is from a private residence I can't play it publicly. At least not yet. I am working on getting permission to put some of our good evps on our site for people to hear what we are getting. I can see we have no idea what it is. We are going to send it to a few other evp experts and see what they can come up with.

Oh yeah, that's understandable with it happening in a private residence. I was just wondering if you guys share any of the EVPs with people outside of LGHS or other experts. Do you guys share any video footage on You Tube or anything?

Nothing on you tube. But we do sometimes have other experts look at our evidence. We never stop looking for explanations of all evidence. At the convention last year we had someone help us explain a photo we had been working on for a few years. It was a very little known phenomenon called black heat that normally goes unseen and shows up in a photo as a white misty area. Now this isn't to say all mist are caused by this. Other things in the photo led up to this. But we had never heard of it.
