Hey hun, have you recently had a relative pass away or anything? Maybe that would explain it, if you haven't had any type of paranormal activity before? It's seems the veil between worlds is getting thinner and thinner sometimes. I've noticed a black fog or smoke at times here too, but it has never made me feel threathened. I've also seen shadows a time or two. Oh another thing, are you doing any remodleling or anything in your home? Have you checked into any history of the house that you live in?

My Father passed on in 2001 and a couple of uncles since. My Mom did call me yesterday to say that she had a nightmare about my dad. She was sleeping and said that he was pulling on her covers but she couldn't move or talk. She said that it was so real. I'm starting to wonder if it was??
We did just remodel the house but it was new when we bought it.
For a while now I have been able to pick up images where someone had died in a tragic accident. Like if I drive passed a place where someone died in an accident, I feel the sadness or the terror of the experience. Could I just have kept something with me from the last place this happened? I don't know. But I don't feel like anything is out to get me.

I have seen it in the evening and night time. More in my bedroom and maybe 4 times in the bathroom when I'm in the shower. I haven't felt the temperature drop just a feeling of being watched. I have gotten really light headed a few times from the heaviness but thought nothing of it until just now.
No I think I'm the only one who has seen this.
The shape is dark black and about 2 ft in hight and maybe 4 ft wide in my bed room and slides across the wall on my side of the bed. In the shower it was tall and distorted.
I live in the Show Low Arizona.
