For the vegetarians in the site, I was wondering something.

When you first started in the lifestyle, did you often find yourself eating more of a variety of food than when you were not a vegetarian?  I am asking for I have only been a vegetarian for a little under two weeks now and I noticed I been eating A LOT more of a variety of food.  I am not sure if it is because of the stigma against the lifestyle not getting enough nutrients or not (which of course, those who do the on their foods knows this is not usually true if done right ^^;), but I do notice that I have a lot more vegetable and pulse dishes along with the soy (which has always been a staple to my diet)  and not so much of the "meat and bread" or "meat and potatoes" trend.  On occasion I will have bread, but other than that, that was what I noticed on my changes of food.

Any thoughts?

Sincerely,
