I have a good handle and am skilled in healing, however one thing I've noticed is that when I'm sick, if I'm not spoon fed energy by a friend or donor, I am as weak as a kitten. One of the things that happens is that I feel like my whole entire energy is shaking and it's a very unsettling feeling. It's like I'm in a constant fluctuation of energy and frequencies become difficult to absorb. Even simple kinds of frequencies. Has anyone noticed and energetic distortions felt of this level or any of kind when sick?

I can speak from recent experience, I'm getting over a cold, but for the first two days I could barely move. it wasn't until a Friend forced his energy unto me that I was able to move.

Yes, I feel the same way when I am sick. I am usually way too out of it to go and get energy and too tied to even try to get what I have here at home. It is not fun by any means. I do feel like the energy level in my house or around me is way off balance.
It's hard to describe the feeling. It's more like a charge that is not completing it's circuit.
