When recognizing other vampires, I've found that the way in which I recognize others can vary from vampire to vampire. Sometimes there is sharp punch in my heart chakra that makes me aware of another presence and sometimes there's a deep connection that is just "Known" merely from gazing into their eyes, and it's very subtle and unspoken between us.
Does anyone else have any vampire to vampire recognition stories they would like to share?

It is a hard thing to describe. For me it is just a sense of a different energy about them, or maybe aura? I am not good at seeing auras so it is more feeling them.
It's almost a "flavor" to me. Sounds weird I know. lol

I resonate with the experience of flavor. I find that other vampires tend to be "richer," somehow.

It's a VERY hard thing to explain.
My senses get mixed somehow. It almost reminds me of synesthesia.

As odd as it sounds, some people have an energy that reminds me of warm dark chocolate. With others I feel satin.
I relate to energy with those senses more. I suppose everyone is different.
Crazy, I know. lol

Can you explain any further Shalwi?

After my awakening, I really started to take note of other people's energies. Somehow what I felt from people seemed to best fit in the realm of Taste. Not usually flavors per se, but close.

In my own experience, I've found that vampiric people have an energy that feels or tastes richer than those who are non-vampiric. The quantity of energy in vampiric people is ever-shifting, and is often in more of an ebb than a flow. But I find that the quality tends to be quite rich, or dense. When I'm in contact with it, my own energy "ignites," almost as though to say "ah, I recognize you." Like a beacon, I suppose.

I would say more, but sleep calls.

Yes I feel that the energy is richer.  Also I will be aware of the energy before I see the person.  It seems to proceed them into a room.  Like a wave coming in first.  I am not very good at explaining.  Makes sense?

Some people do refer to it as a "beacon" actually. An energy beacon that can be sensed by others. Smiley

Well I get a little burst of energy and  excitement. I usually see a brightness around others and a sweet smell. It's really interesting when it's a mutual acknowledgement. The eyes always give it away.

For me it is a very distinctive feeling, a brief intense rush of energy.  Now I have been told by various friends that I have a tendency to glow at times, similar to a soft light that attacts things to me.

Which is why it's known as a beacon. Smiley
