Yes, it is dropping into the 30's here and trees are changing. Some trees are already bare (the nut trees and Locusts especially).
It is running a bit late this year though.

I'm in Arizona, Phoenix area, where there's only spring and summer. My sensitivity to cold is practically reptilian, so I don't mind a bit.

Autumn for me is the teaser for Winter.  Can't wait for the real cold to set in.  I love rain, it is the only time we get any here.

I don't think some people are understanding what this thread is about. It's not just about your favorite season. It's about sensing energies and how the seasonal changes affect that.

Quote
Does the season change from Summer to Fall and then to Winter, bring with it a greater awareness of natures energy or of the energy of others around us? How does this difference vary for you if you believe it does at all?

Just in case my post did not come across correctly. Summer and Fall are when I most sense energies. And when I am most affected by it. I am less aware of energy during the winter and spring. The change from fall to winter makes me want to hibernate. Probably to recharge for the Summer and Fall. But I also wrote that I am more capable of dealing with winter than others are capable of dealing with summer. So for that reason I would prefer the seasons which are better for my friends as I would eventually adapt.

After reading my previous post it did come out sounding odd so I changed it. Now that is what I meant to say  Wink
Thanks for catching that Melissa.

Summer is my time, the energy is so different.
It seem to me that summer brings a change in the frequency in finding "leechable" energy is greater. During the winter people tend to hold on to any extra energy. But then again I live in Northern Minnesota, you would hold onto your energy if the temp was -30 with a -20 windchill (thats -50 total).
it doesn't help that I'm native to southern California and used to mass energy sources.
