I think thats real cool that you make your own beer, I wish I was in a position to do that. I heard that it comes out 10 times stronger than the beer that you can buy in the stores. If you don't mind me asking, what are the basic ingredients, without giving away your secret ones, do you use? I heard that people use barley and oats, does that sound right?  Huh? 
Unfortunatley, I cant really give you any great ideas, because when I drink beer I usually drink Bud Ice and stuff like that. I have tried some expensive dark beers before when I lived with my father, because thats all he drunk, but that was a long time ago and I don't really remember the names of them. Good luck and do you plan on selling any of that?Huh?Huh?

Oh and I do believe selling homemade beer may be illegal?  Thinking
I think that would be bootlegging. Depending on the state law. lol
