Sounds absolutely fantastic! What an experience you had. Being quite empathetic myself I understand what it must have been like.
I'm curious on one thing, did you do anything to prepare yourself before you went into that situation? I mean any special meditation or any crystals or stones you might have had on hand?
I would love to have that kind of experience. Even the emotional part must have been awesome now that it is over. I mean at the time it's happening it's difficult on the mind, body and spirit but after it is finished it's an experience few will ever have.

Ha ha.  You know something Angela, I never even thought to do any form of preparation before hand.  Damn I'm dumb sometimes.   Laughing.  As for crystals the only thing I had with me was my lapis pendant, which maybe I should have removed.  I hate hind sight. lol.  Good call though.  Perhaps I'll better prepare myself now that I know what could potentially happen.

Awesome to hear you had a great time. Definitely sounds like you have the fever. I am curious if you know what the emf levels were when you experienced the ill feelings? I ask because this sometimes happens when strong emf is given off. Which would just add to the coolness of your experiences.

Did you see any shadows or anything you thought was out of the norm? Oh and what did it smell like in there? I mean anything out of  normal.

I understand some people are very sensitive to emf levels and can really be put through the ringer by them.

They place is retrofitted to be a hostel now so as far as smell is concerned, it smelled, well......clean I guess.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  As for shadows, I saw lots, but nothing that couldn't be explained logically or as a result of an over active imagination.  I was dying to see a shadow person though to no avail.  I kept having visions of a tiny ninja appearing in my minds eye telling me, "patience young padawan, patience..." in the voice of yoda.
