Nick, I had the same experience from what I could see, looking up at that moon, you do feel something Magickal and spiritual about it definitely. I wish I had a camera with a big lens on it that I could have taken some pics. Once the clouds dissipated a bit, I could have gotten some great pictures of it, if I had the right equipment.
Next lunar eclipse is in 2010.

For me there was a very electrifying feel to this day and I attribute it to the full moon and eclipse. Lady Luna was obscured by clouds here for much of the night, but on my walk home from work the clouds were in tatters and She was at Her zenith, and quite breathtaking. And the heavy rain and thunder rumbling through earlier in the night made my cup runneth over.

Just went outside to take a peek a few minutes ago. Unfortunately the clouds have moved in, so I can't get a very good look at it.  Undecided

I couldn't really see much if it either Melissa.

I was so mad when those stupid clouds rolled in last night. I love the night and when something happens like that it makes it even more special for me. So I try to pull out all the stops to see these phenomenons. So anyway needless to say I and my daughter were very disappointed last night.  Undecided

I got to see it in all it's glory! I was at work so I kept making everyone go out and watch it.
What's amazing was that 5 minutes after the eclipse the clouds rolled in and it began to snow. It was such a perfect end to a hard days work!

I tried to get a couple of pics last night as the clouds left. But my yard is full of trees. And the effin cheap A** tripod I have did not function at all in the cold. So I couldn't get my camera aimed at the moon very well. I will look at them tonight and see if anything is salvageable.
