These guidelines written below contain vital information for your membership on this site. All members are required to read, agree and follow these guidelines at all times.

The following information is important in getting your account approved.

Usernames: Your username cannot be longer than 19 characters (Including spaces). Please only use underscores and letters and numbers. No character maps allowed (~#^). Do not use all caps or sticky caps.

Profile Age: You must supply us with your actual age. All members must keep their age updated and in their profile at all times. You must be at least 16 years old to join this site. Any member found lying about their age, in order to gain access to adult sections of this site will lose their membership.

Signature: You are welcome to include a signature in your profile. However we ask that you please use small text in your signature and if you use an image, please keep it 400x100 and cannot be over 30KB in size. Please keep in mind, there are minors on this site and leave the sexual/nudity images/ or signature/quotes off your profile.

Interests: In the interests field you may supply extra information such as your hobbies and interests. Please leave out adult type activities such as Sex, BDSM, also please leave out things such as biting/cutting or self harm or drugs or illegal substances or illegal activites. Putting such information in your profile, will get your subscription for membership denied.

Our Policies:

Membership: Members at any given time are only allowed one account (Username).
If you should forget your password, please use the "Lost Password" feature on the front of the site under the login. If you still have problems logging into your account use the Contact Us option under the Main Menu to contact Administration and get help with your account.  Only one account per person. If a friend or significant other uses your account, your are held responsible for their activities while being logged in to your account and if Adminstration finds out the account is being used by more then one person, the account will be banned permanently. We will not allow members to share their account with other people. Therefore, wives, husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends, friends or family members, must each have their own account.

Luring: Attempts to harvest or make contact with any member through Aquilus.net services via email or private message under the cloak of mythical vampire activity (embracing, turning, etc) will be immediately banned. Any adult member found contacting minors with any ideas of  sexual exchange, or secret meet ups will not only be banned permanently, but at risk for being reported to their local law enforcement agency.

Private Messages: Members are allowed to use the private messaging system for private interaction between other members. The private messaging system automatically clears out all private messages at the beginning of each month. If there is a private message you would like to keep it is recommend that you use the "Save As" feature and keep a copy on your computer hard drive.

The private messaging system cannot be used for:

Targeting members for advertising other sites. We ask that you please do not spam the private messaging system for the sole purpose of advertising your site. We have a Links directory on this site. Place your link there.


Harassment or to cause arguments. For example: If another member does not agree with a post or topic in the forum that you have posted and says they don't agree, don't aggravate the situation by arguing in the private messaging system. It's always highly recommended to agree to disagree and leave it at that. Harassment can be many things, for example: Contacting members of the opposite sex or same sex for private information such as height, weight, marital status and if they are interested in "hooking up" is not allowed at all. This is not a dating service and using our private messaging system just to meet your next boyfriend/girlfriend is considered harassment and trolling and will not be allowed at all and you will lose your membership permanently.
