I have to admit it, I have an addiction!
It's called the History Channel. Every night when I'm searching for something on TV to watch there's two channels I always check The History Channel and History International Channel. These two channels showcase some interesting shows such as Decoding the Past, Digging for the Truth, Ancient Discoveries, shows on different religions and mythologies. It's just awesome and educational TV that I enjoy watching.

Tonight on The History Channel at 8PM (EST) they are showing: Decoding the Past: Vampire Secrets
Also, they are re-airing it tonight at 12 AM (EST) here's a little synopsis:

Since Bram Stoker first published his novel Dracula in 1897, the world's most popular vampire has made his appearance in 44 languages. The vampire myth however, is much older than Count Dracula, popping up from Athens to Beijing almost 1000 years before the Transylvanian legend. Vampire legends have two things in common: drinking blood and returning from the dead. Long before Jesus urged his followers to drink his blood and eat his flesh, prehistoric man held similar rituals. From the Bible and ancient Mesopotamian history to blood drinking societies in New York, we reveal the amazing truth behind one of the most terrifying legends in history.

Sunday on Digging for the Truth they are airing: Cleopatra: The Last Pharaoh at 9AM (EST) and following that up with Nefertiti: The Mummy Returns (10 AM (EST). So, if you have not watched The History Channel or History International, now would be a good time to tune in and see what it's all about and maybe I won't be so alone in my addiction! LOL And we can discuss shows in the forum.
